We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at St. David's South Austin Medical Center. As a Trauma ICU Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies.
Requirements:
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 1 year of employment start date.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
