Electrical Service Management Role at McKinstry

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Service Manager to join our team in Portland, OR. As a key member of our Electrical Construction Western Washington division, you will be responsible for the successful operation, service, and maintenance of common area electrical functions of facilities.

The estimated salary for this position is $93,600 - $147,060 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the Electrical Coordinator
  • Growing electrical service account base through business development activities internal and external to McKinstry
  • Developing scopes of work, estimates, and proposals for small projects
  • Maintaining open and positive communication with employees, departments, electricians, customers, and vendors

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least (5) years of experience managing multiple electricians and/or service technicians in a commercial electrical service environment
  • (5) years of experience in Service Management and Dispatch software, GPS vehicle monitoring, and Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications, organizational skills, and ability to perform detail-oriented work
