Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to family services providers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process childcare eligibility, case changes, drops, and transfers accurately within the required time frame as established by funding sources.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather necessary information and explain outcomes, customer rights, and responsibilities.
  • Offer solutions to customers who are not eligible for family services, providing alternatives and resources to support their needs.

Requirements:

  • Job stability with no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • One to two years of experience in determining eligibility for financial assistance, working directly with customers, and entering information into a database.
  • Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook is required.
