Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Anesthesia Care Provider to join our team at KTE Services. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing anesthesia services, supervising anesthesia staff, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. You will also be involved in quality improvement initiatives, developing policies and procedures, and participating in educational programs.

Estimated Annual Salary: $475,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage anesthesia services, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Supervise and mentor anesthesia staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety


Requirements:
  • ABA board eligibility or certification
  • Leadership experience and strong management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
