Job Description:
KTE Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Anesthesia Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, managing anesthesia services, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing complex anesthesia procedures, collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, and developing and implementing anesthesia care plans. You will also be involved in quality improvement initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and participating in educational programs.

Estimated Annual Salary: $475,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex anesthesia procedures, including regional anesthesia techniques
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement anesthesia care plans
  • Mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety


Requirements:
  • ABA board eligibility or certification
  • Experience in regional anesthesia techniques
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
