Job Overview

  2. Develop data entry sheets for cash deposits to assist Account Managers.
  3. Conduct daily reconciliations of credit card transactions.
  4. Handle the processing and entry of daily journal vouchers.
  5. Perform thorough monthly audits of cash tills.
  6. Generate monthly utility invoices for clientele.
  7. Maintain data entry for tracking purposes.
Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is mandatory.
  2. An MBA or Master's in Accountancy is highly desirable.
  3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Cash Management Accounting is required.
  4. At least 2 years of experience in General Accounting is essential.
  5. Proficient understanding of US GAAP is crucial.
  6. Advanced to expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel are preferred.
  7. Comprehensive knowledge of State, Local, and Federal financial reporting requirements and operational controls is necessary.
