Job Summary

Radiology Associates of Hartford PC is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Operations Manager to oversee the clinical services of our five outpatient imaging centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in managing patient access functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director in the oversight of all clinical services, including ACR accreditation and regulatory requirements. They will also be accountable for driving center growth, implementing improved workflow to improve efficiency, and maintaining quality assurance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analytics, data source systems, and internal controls, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements:

  • Active ARRT certification
  • Associate degree in Business required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a leadership position related to patient access functions
  • Experience in managing these functions in an integrated delivery system
  • Experience with automated systems such as call center software and radiology information systems
