Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

About the Role:
The Account Manager I is a key position in Acrisure's Personal Lines Digital Service Insurance division, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to promote services, design portfolios, and advise clients on insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Promote Acrisure's services and products, designing portfolios and solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the Account Executive, Producer, and/or senior Account Manager to achieve sales and service goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Current licensure to market and bind coverage within 90 days.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with AMS or related software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
