Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Plan and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections, ensuring that preventive maintenance is performed regularly.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to maintenance technicians, offering expertise on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and optimize maintenance performance metrics, manage budgets, and minimize downtime and costs.
Requirements:
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing a maintenance team, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with management, residents, and maintenance technicians.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring that all tasks are completed thoroughly and to the highest standard.
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
