Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Manager. This role is tailored to provide extensive training and development for those aspiring to build a career in management. As a Trainee Manager, you will acquire practical experience and insights into various facets of store operations, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational activities
  • Learn and apply effective sales strategies
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist with inventory oversight, including receiving and merchandising
  • Master transaction handling protocols
  • Engage in employee onboarding and training initiatives
  • Help with scheduling, payroll, and performance assessments

  • Ensure adherence to company standards and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Strong enthusiasm for customer service and leadership
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic knowledge of budgeting and pricing analysis
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous
  • Prior experience in retail management or wireless sales is preferred but not mandatory
