About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Post Frame Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leveraging technology to optimize sales processes, and collaborating with the marketing team to manage leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to deploy, customize, and integrate CRM platforms to fit the specific needs of the sales team.
  • Implement sales analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators, including data collection, dashboard creation, and predictive analytics.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, track and analyze sales team performance, and collaborate with the marketing team to manage leads.
  • Utilize sales automation tools, such as email automation, lead scoring, and workflow automation, to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members through unified communication systems and document sharing platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to provide informed guidance and support to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Deep expertise in utilizing CRM and related technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with knowledge of construction industry trends and customer needs a plus.
