About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Presales Solution Architect to drive our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support to our sales representatives. This role requires collaboration with Account Executives (AEs) to develop compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment between client requirements and our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance during client interactions and presentations, articulating the value proposition of our solutions to address client needs and challenges.
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings to demonstrate our technical capabilities and answer client questions.
  • Lead the solutioning process for engagements, working closely with sales reps and solution architects to design comprehensive solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Develop pricing strategies and models for proposed solutions, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Collaborate on Proposal Development: Assist in crafting compelling narratives and value propositions that resonate with clients and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Work directly with AEs to co-build Statements of Work (SOWs) that accurately capture project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Ensure SOWs align with proposed solutions and client expectations, mitigating risks and addressing potential challenges.
  • Provide a seamless transition of technical information and requirements post-sale to the delivery team. Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation of client expectations, solution designs, and technical considerations.
  • Partner with AEs to identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling based on client needs and business objectives.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations to support ongoing client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • A strong technical background with expertise in one or more relevant technologies, such as cloud computing, software development, or data analytics.
  • Proven ability to translate client requirements into comprehensive technical solutions, including solution design and pricing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in creating slide decks and customer presentations that effectively convey complex technical concepts and business value.
  • Strategic thinking and a customer-focused mindset, with a track record of driving successful sales outcomes.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving targets and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
