About Sunglass Hut

Sunglass Hut, a global leader in premium sunglasses, has partnered with Bass Pro Shops to open shop-in-shops inside Bass Pro stores across North America. We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team and inspire customers to enjoy the great outdoors while wearing amazing sunglasses.

Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building brand loyalty, and driving sales. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
