Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfilling Customer Orders: Fill parts orders received by telephone and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Parts Research and Procurement: Research availability of out-of-stock parts and issue purchase orders to maintain inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain lubricant inventory and ensure accurate tracking of parts stock.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in the heavy-duty truck industry preferred.
