Job Title: Senior Director, Data Analytics

SKIMS is a pioneering brand in the intimate apparel industry, revolutionizing the way people experience comfort and style. We're seeking a visionary Senior Director, Data Analytics to join our Data, Insights, and Loyalty team as a founding leadership member.

About the Role

In this senior leadership position, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to design and deliver analytics that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences across various retail domains, including customer, product, inventory, and logistics analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute end-to-end analytic solutions for key business areas, such as product development, customer engagement, and operations.
  • Consult with business leaders to create analytic roadmaps that accelerate growth and unlock scale.
  • Lead a team of Data Analysts, providing mentorship and skills development to support business functions.
  • Analyze data to provide insights that enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Design and implement dashboards, reporting, and data products that empower self-service, data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and data engineers to ensure high-quality, usable data for business-facing analytics.
  • Develop scalable methodologies and tools to accelerate the growth of our data and analytics practice.
  • Lead initiatives to build data and analytics competencies across the organization, with the support of the Data, Insights, and Loyalty team.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute repeatable analyses and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Ability to translate business strategies into multiple, interrelated projects and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between data and business owners.
  • Creative thinking, with experience in retail analytics use cases and identifying the data and analytics necessary to make them a reality.
  • Experience in people and team management, with a minimum of 2-5 years.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, swiftly-changing startup environment.
  • BA/BS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, or other quantitative field.
