Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Behavior Technician to join our team at REBECCAS ABA PLAY PLLC. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children and their families in the areas of language and communication, social and independent functioning skills, and behavior reduction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with our team to create personalized, flexible, and natural approaches to therapy
  • Conduct in-home, school, and community-based services
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid High School diploma, college degree preferred
  • Valid State ID and eligibility to work legally in the United States
  • Previous experience working with children with Autism (ASD)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
