Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced privacy professional to join our team at State Farm. As a Fortune 50 company, we are committed to hiring the best talent to serve our customers and drive business success.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on enterprise programs related to privacy, information security, risk, and compliance. This will include providing legal advice on federal and state privacy and information security requirements, enterprise risk management, and the compliance and ethics program.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a juris doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials. You must also have an active license to practice law in at least one state and be a member in good standing of the bar. Additionally, you must have 5 years of experience with privacy and/or information security laws and regulations, as well as familiarity with risk and/or compliance programs and State Farm's company structure and general departments.
