Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to work in our kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Team Member - Food Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing food to order specifications and adhering to our high standards of quality, consistency, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Prepare food items according to our standards of quality, consistency, and time lines.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health codes and requirements.
  • Work Area Management: Maintain stocking (re-stocking) and organization of work area daily.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate equipment safely determined by position and OSHA regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely and communicate with both BOH and FOH team members during high-pace periods.

Requirements

  • No prior education or experience required.
  • Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment are desired.
  • Must be 18 years of age to operate mandated equipment.

Working Conditions

  • 100% Walk and stand.
  • 75% Work at approx. 36" table/stove and reach in approx. 36".
  • 75% Reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • 75% Perform job at a continuous high pace, under pressure, while maintaining quality & speed standards.

Training Requirements

  • Successful completion of hourly position validations, including company-required training materials on safety and systems.

Estimated Salary Range: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour, based on location and experience.
