Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches and a culturally informed perspective.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and build upon their strengths, promoting personal growth and empowerment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of LGBTQIA+ individuals and families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance cultural competence and clinical skills.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team environment, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Compensation and Benefits

Northeast Family Services offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Fee-for-service rates: $45/hour for MA Level, $50-$55/hour for MA Level with initial license or additional language capacity, $55-$60/hour for MA Level with initial license and additional language capacity/high level of experience, $65-$70/hour for independent license.
  • Salary: $64,000 - $72,000 (full-time).
  • Premiums paid for: non-English language capacity, experience, and select clinical specialties.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field with a plan to become licensed as an LICSW or LMHC within 2 years.
  • LGBTQIA+ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof.
  • Independent Clinical License in the state of MA (Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) preferred.
  • Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
