About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager for our wireless infrastructure division. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in concrete foundations, preferably on wireless sites, and 3+ years of leadership experience managing a construction crew.

The successful candidate will oversee the installation of concrete foundations on wireless sites, ensuring compliance with EPA and local regulations. They will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors, performing site grading and layouts, and maintaining tools and equipment.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety is always being adhered to using proper procedures, complete daily JSA/toolbox talks, and maintain good housekeeping on site
  • Oversee and coordinate the installation of concrete foundations on wireless sites
  • Communicate daily with vendors to order concrete, rock, rebar, etc.
  • Perform site grading and layouts using a laser level
  • Maintain compliance with EPA and local jurisdictions by use of erosion control measures on site
  • Efficiently operate equipment such as skid steer and mini excavator for foundation excavation and utility trenching
  • Ability to complete multiple concrete forming methods such as building, caisson, pad, and pier foundations
  • Ability to complete multiple concrete pouring methods such as forming, tying in rebar, and verifying foundation templates
  • Effectively communicate project plans and standards to labor crews, sub-contractors, vendors, and customers
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and foundation designs
  • Work with the Project Manager daily to ensure schedules and budgets are being met
  • Ensures tools and equipment on project sites are always being utilized and maintained responsibly
  • Communicate with customers, providing daily updates and problem resolution
  • Complete project required close-out packages and take required photos, sending to management to verify installation has been done properly
  • Responsible for tracking and approving time for all crew members
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in concrete foundations – wireless sites preferred
  • 3+ years' experience leading a construction crew required
  • CDL Class A required
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred but not required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
Salary and Benefits
