Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Management Lead to join our team at Nevell Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

About the Role:
- Estimated salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
- Lead construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Develop and implement construction management plans

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project reports and meeting minutes
  • Collaborate with project engineers to identify and mitigate potential project risks
  • Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Advanced knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures
