Physical Therapist Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at ABSMC-Ashby Campus. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individually designed physical treatment programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning.
- Conduct patient evaluations and tests to identify problems and develop a Plan of Care (POC).
- Assess and provide treatment for patients based on the POC.
- Document patient information and complete charge capture per established standards.
- Coordinate patient care with other care providers and support team members.
- Provide clinical supervision to aides.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- PT-Physical Therapist certification or license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2 years of recent relevant experience preferred.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment and prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
This is a short-hour position with variable days and rotating weekends. The pay range is $60.10 to $75.12 per hour.
