Lead Configuration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Configuration Manager to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort, you will play a critical role in establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the Request for Change (RFC) lifecycle and ticketing experience using Atlassian tools (Jira)
  • Enforce strict adherence to hardware/software release processes, utilizing best practices
  • Produce clear and concise written configuration status reports and provide support to contract deliverables
  • Define, update, and extend Program Configuration Management (CM) team structure and provide training to CM team as needed
  • Maintain configuration control throughout all phases of the product life cycle, whether documentation, software, hardware, etc.
  • Support Program configuration control board functions, including scheduling meetings, generating agendas, minutes, action item reminders, meeting facilitation, and note/action item taking

Requirements:

  • BS degree and 8+ years of directly relevant experience
  • Active DOD TS/SCI level security clearance and eligibility to obtain and maintain a w/CI Poly
  • Experience managing software and hardware configuration in Jira
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g., CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
