Job Title: Collision Estimator

Classic Collision Inc is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team. As a Collision Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners, managing claims, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
  • Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best customer experience.
  • Maintain communication with customers to provide updates on the repair process.
  • Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
  • Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
  • Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
  • Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
  • I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
