Role Summary:

RTM is seeking a skilled BIM / Revit Coordinator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in BIM innovations and will play a key role in developing and implementing BIM support across various projects, driving efficiencies in our processes. Projects will encompass both new constructions and renovations of varying scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish Revit models for all projects
• Create and manage engineering families, templates, details, and schedules
• Coordinate BIM efforts with clients
• Conduct final quality assurance checks on all projects
• Assist project teams with BIM project setup and model management
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain templates for internal and client use
• Troubleshoot daily technical issues
• Select appropriate hardware to enhance productivity
• Implement updates and changes for Revit users
• Research and explore new BIM solutions
• Collaborate with design teams and other departments to set goals and communicate procedural changes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Familiarity with engineering drafting standards across multiple disciplines
• 2+ years of experience in design, drafting, or engineering production for MEP systems
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit
• A high school diploma is required; a 2-year degree is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent training and leadership abilities

Travel Requirements:

• Anticipated travel is between 0-10%
