Senior Pharmacy Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients by accurately processing and dispensing medication orders; administering vaccinations; providing health consultations; and safeguarding confidential information and controlled substances.
Member Service Excellence:
Guide and mentor team members on effective customer service techniques to ensure that member inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed in alignment with company standards.
