Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Parts Sales Representative to join our team at Palmer Trucks. As an Outside Salesperson, you will be responsible for maximizing sales within assigned territory, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet unit goals and gross profit targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the heavy-duty trucking industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time.
