We are seeking a skilled Medical Assessment Specialist to join our team at MRG Exams Careers. As a Medical Assessment Specialist, you will play a critical role in performing medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review medical records electronically through a web portal to prepare for in-person exams.
  • Conduct focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran, gathering essential information to complete the assessment.
  • Electronically document exam findings required by the VA through the web portal, ensuring accurate and thorough records.
  • Work independently to analyze data from medical records and exam findings to complete the questionnaire and form medical opinions.
  • Meet productivity standards, performing Disability Assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day, on average.
Requirements
  • Must hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
  • Proficiently use a computer and relevant software applications.
