As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing communication skills, promoting social interaction and play skills, and improving overall quality of life for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based treatments for individuals with intellectual and developmental delays, including those with and without autism.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs and develop strategies to support communication development.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements:
  • Masters in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY students welcome)
  • Valid New York State license and registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Eligibility
