Job Title: Survey Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Manager to join our team at MWH Constructors. As a Survey Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing survey projects for large-scale water and wastewater construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement survey questionnaires tailored to water and wastewater construction projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee survey implementation and data collection on construction sites.
  • Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Present findings to internal teams and clients involved in construction projects.
  • Work closely with construction teams and project stakeholders to ensure survey objectives align with project goals.
  • Monitor survey progress on construction sites and address any survey-related issues that impact project timelines and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Environmental Science.
  • Proven experience in survey design, data analysis, and report preparation for water/wastewater construction projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead survey projects in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with construction teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in survey software and tools relevant to water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field with a focus on water/wastewater construction projects.
  • Experience with online survey platforms customized for construction industry needs.
  • Certification in survey methodology or related field applicable to water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
