Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Digital Dental Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our digital workflow portfolio to dental professionals in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, surgeons, and dental labs.
  • Provide demonstrations, training, and support to customers on our digital workflow portfolio.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to pursue them.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of achievement-oriented sales experience in the dental industry.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to our digital workflow portfolio.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate/strong computer skills.
  • Dental digital solutions knowledge (3D planning and solutions).
  • Business fluent in Dutch, fluent in English (French is advantageous).
  • Experience in using a CRM system is strongly preferred.
