Position Overview:


As an Automotive Service Technician at Renaissance Motors LLC, you will be integral to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clientele.

Your skills and enthusiasm for vehicle maintenance and repair will enable us to maintain our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain various automotive engines and systems.
• Conduct thorough multi-point and safety inspections on all vehicles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining gasoline engines; diesel experience is advantageous.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical issues utilizing diagnostic tools.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts utilized on company-provided devices.
• Keep a well-organized workspace that reflects our commitment to quality.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in automotive technology.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• A genuine passion for automotive vehicles.
• Proficient with automotive repair tools and equipment, including diagnostic software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of automotive engine systems and components.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ASE certification or relevant technical training is highly desirable.
• Capability to diagnose and repair a diverse range of vehicle makes and models.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to meet or exceed productivity goals.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds as necessary.
• Dexterity to effectively use hand tools on elevated vehicles.
• Ability to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
• Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Competence in navigating computer and diagnostic software.
