We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Meineke. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing sales opportunities, and working closely with our service technicians to offer customers the best automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Engage Customers: Greet customers, determine their needs and preferences, and provide detailed information about our services and products.
  • Recommend Services and Products: Recommend appropriate services and products based on customer needs and preferences, and upsell additional services or packages to increase sales.
  • Manage Customer Records: Manage and maintain accurate customer records and service history.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, and collaborate with service technicians to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Process Transactions: Conduct sales transactions and process payments.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Sales Area: Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance preferred.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in using sales and customer management software.
