Job Summary: This role is focused on driving sales for residential solar energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate customer needs and provide detailed information on solar solutions, showcasing the company's unique offerings.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach and establish new channels for lead generation.
- Implement innovative sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract potential customers.
- Conduct on-site assessments, gathering necessary information to accurately estimate project requirements.
- Maintain a professional demeanor that aligns with the company's values, prioritizing client interests.
- Adhere to the company’s uniform policy to ensure a recognizable presence in residential areas.
- Prepare and present project estimates to potential clients.
- Document sales activities meticulously using the company's CRM system.
- Compile weekly reports on leads and sales performance for management review.
- Convert leads into satisfied customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and project progression.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Sales Targets:
- Initial 4-month sales goals: Month 1: 10 kW, Month 2: 20 kW, Month 3: 30 kW, Month 4: 40 kW.
- Ongoing sales goal: 50 kW/month.
- Maintain and care for company equipment and resources.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Prior experience in solar sales is advantageous.
- Valid CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson license is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
