  • Conduct on-site assessments, gathering necessary information to accurately estimate project requirements.

  • Adhere to the company’s uniform policy to ensure a recognizable presence in residential areas.
  • Prepare and present project estimates to potential clients.
  • Document sales activities meticulously using the company's CRM system.
  • Compile weekly reports on leads and sales performance for management review.
  • Convert leads into satisfied customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and project progression.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Initial 4-month sales goals: Month 1: 10 kW, Month 2: 20 kW, Month 3: 30 kW, Month 4: 40 kW.
  • Ongoing sales goal: 50 kW/month.
  • Maintain and care for company equipment and resources.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Prior experience in solar sales is advantageous.
  • Valid CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson license is mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
