Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research findings to provide evidence-based care
- Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- CPR certification
- Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearance certificates
- Preferred: Certification in area of specialty
