Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate pediatric physical therapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing in-home therapy services to children in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing practice, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home physical therapy services to pediatric patients in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with patients' families and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Manage own schedule and appointments, with flexibility to choose own hours
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in pediatric physical therapy
  • Comfortable working with children of all ages and abilities
  • Ability to travel to patients' homes and manage own schedule
  • Driver's license and auto insurance
  • CA Physical Therapy License and BLS Certification
