Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As an outpatient physical therapist, you will be responsible for devising detailed treatment and care plans for each patient, communicating and coordinating with patient's physicians, and documenting patient progress in our electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with various orthopedic conditions.
  • Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Exercise independent judgment to implement effective treatment combinations.
  • Evaluate and report on patients' progress.
  • Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries.
  • Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations.
Qualifications
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
  • New graduates welcome to apply.
  • Ability to provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
  • Ability to delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
  • Ability to maintain open and ongoing communication with clinic to ensure patient, staff, and clinic needs are met.
  • Ability to help patients regain control of their lives and independence.
  • Ability to create an environment and culture that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and a graduate or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. Not required but considered: experience and appropriate state licensure, certification, or registration.
