Job Title: Customer Relations Representative

About the Role:

As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options. You will also be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success
Requirements:
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life
  • People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Bilingual - Spanish required
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Personal Lines Licenses (must be able to obtain)
