Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)
As an RN on our Progressive Care Overflow unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, utilizing your specialized skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Our team employs a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1, ensuring a supportive work environment that allows for efficient patient monitoring and intervention.
The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment with high patient turnover, working alongside experienced nurses and licensed practical nurses (LPNs).
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation packages, including:
- A salary range of $62,500 - $82,000 per year, based on experience
- A commitment-incentive bonus of $20,000, after one-year employment
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A current state RN license or a compact state RN licensure
- An associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Current American Heart Association ACLS certification within six months of hire
- Arrhythmia exam completion within 90 days of hire
