Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with the bank's business objectives.

- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that all training programs and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
- Employee Performance Evaluation: Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Travel Requirements: Travel to other Equity Bank markets as required, up to 75% of the time.
- Education and Experience: A college degree in a relevant field, such as business, HR, or finance, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills; retail banking experience; demonstrated training experience; course authoring and Learning Management System Administration experience preferred.
This position requires regular work in an office setting, with frequent use of computers and electronic media. The ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat on a regular basis is also required.
