Position Overview:

We are seeking exceptional candidates for our Accounting & Finance Development Program, a premier initiative designed to fast-track your career in the finance sector. This program offers a unique opportunity to engage in four six-month rotations across various accounting and finance divisions, including Walmart US, Sam's Club, International, and Corporate.

Program Structure:
The Accounting & Finance Development Program features two distinct tracks:
  • Finance & Strategy Track: In this track, participants will rotate through various Commercial Finance areas, gaining insights into Strategy, Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Accounting Track: This track focuses on rotations within Controllership and Audit, providing hands-on experience in External Reporting, Global Internal Controls, and Consolidations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or master's program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Completion of at least 6 credit hours in accounting.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Authorization to work in the US without restrictions.
