Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Net Worth Account Executive to join our Personal Lines department at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional risk management solutions to our growing client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, with a proven track record of success in sales, account management, and client relationship development. You will be expected to partner with our sales team, as well as work independently on sales opportunities, to lead day-to-day management of current clients' insurance programs.

As a High Net Worth Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team, and to contribute to the development of our business. You will be provided with administrative support to assist with answering phones, billing, processing, endorsements, certificates, and ID cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Lead meetings with clients, including negotiating, selling lines of insurance, and renewal meetings at client locations.
  • Account Management: Negotiate and sell lines of insurance to clients to round out accounts as appropriate. May design insurance and risk management plans for clients as assigned and directed by Agency management.
  • Insurance Expertise: Manage and develop strong personal relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel. Skilled at forecasting industry trends to predict needed changes in client strategies.
  • Leadership: Mentor or lead the work of more junior team members. Facilitate and collaborate with account team on the agency's renewal strategy.
  • Client Strategy: Create complex risk-management strategies for accounts and other team members to attract and retain large client accounts.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of related experience and/or training preferred, or demonstrated skills listed below.
  • Current Property and Casualty license required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of available personal lines coverages based on business classification, as well as informed on industry trends and client retention strategies.
  • Highly developed problem solving and solution-design skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership through client support and advocacy skills, as well as the mentoring and guidance of more junior employees.
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Skilled in use of agency management software with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
