Job Summary

Bilfinger Inc. is seeking a skilled Tube Welder to join our team at our Pensacola, FL facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and reporting construction risks to supervisors.
  • Perform TIG, stick, and/or orbital welding on stainless and/or carbon pipes, varying in size and material.
  • Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to guarantee quality and meet site standards.
  • Determine the most suitable welding equipment or method based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and develop fabrication and installation plans.

Requirements:

  • Pass a tube welding test.
  • Be a quality-focused, team-oriented, safety-conscious, and production-driven individual.
  • Have basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
  • Be proficient in blueprint reading.
  • Pass required weld tests.
  • NCCER certification is an asset.
  • Ability to work at heights greater than six feet off the ground.
  • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective equipment.
