- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- BLS with skills demonstration
- One year of RN experience, preferably on a MedSurg unit
- Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
- Prior charge experience desired
