As a Technology Asset Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the lifecycle of technology assets, ensuring adherence to our established policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of technology assets from acquisition through to retirement.
  • Analyze technology assets to identify compliance issues and mitigate risks.
  • Address discrepancies and anomalies related to asset discovery and reporting.
  • Collaborate in sprint planning with both technical and business analysts.
  • Act as a business requirements expert within an agile team, translating both business and technical needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and align requirements with business strategies.
  • Facilitate user acceptance training prior to the deployment of application updates.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new technology asset management systems.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and does not qualify for overtime compensation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with five years of experience in technology asset management; or
  • A High School Diploma or GED with nine years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in analyzing asset management data and generating actionable reports.
  • Experience in managing records for infrastructure, end-user, and data center technology assets.
  • Familiarity with tracking technology assets in various environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with industry-standard technology asset management tools.
  • Relevant certifications in technology asset management.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in utilizing asset management tools and automated discovery processes.
  • Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and asset management systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to asset management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

This position requires proximity to a designated office location.
