Facility Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized leader to oversee facility operations and supervise personnel. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while providing care and support to youth in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise personnel during assigned shifts, making work assignments, evaluating performance, providing training, and conducting individual and group meetings as needed.
- Assist in developing work schedules, distributing duties among personnel, and arranging for additional personnel as needed to ensure effective operation of all functional areas of the facility.
- Cordinate youths' appointments and transports, assist with intake/discharge procedures, and complete necessary forms.
- Ensure compliance with state rules and regulations, facility policies and procedures, and security protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances or substance abuse problems in a residential setting.
- Prior supervisory experience in a related setting is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Competitive salary ($68,800 - $85,200 per year)
