  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Mexico or multistate licensure for NLC eligible states and positions
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. certification as needed per specialty
