Job Title: On-Call Client Advocate

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a dedicated and compassionate On-Call Client Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, coordinate client flow, and ensure seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate client intake, scheduling, and registration
  • Provide customer service to guests, clients, and vendors
  • Communicate clearly on the phone and accurately take and deliver messages
  • Work closely with other teams to maintain efficient client-centered care flow
  • Act as the first line of problem-solving within the team
Documentation Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, data entry, scanning, and billing
  • Assist in maintaining computerized appointment systems
  • Process client data entry for various electronic systems
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Faxing and organizing incoming faxes
  • Population management for providers and clinical teams
  • Manage receipt and routing of agency mail
  • Process requests for medical records
