Job Summary:

UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at UCHealth Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care, utilizing advanced imaging techniques to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Model proficiency through precepting new team members and contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Contribute to a safe and quality-driven environment at the point of care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist program or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program.
  • Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Vascular Technologist (RVT), or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or certified in Sonography (S) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • State licensure if required by law.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
