Position Overview:
At UCHealth, we are dedicated to enhancing lives through exceptional healthcare services. We are currently seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our dynamic Ultrasound/Vascular Lab team.

Location: UCHealth Parkview Medical Center

Employment Type: Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Work Schedule: Day Shift

Compensation: $47.41 per hour, based on relevant experience

Essential Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program.
  • Licensure/Certification: Must be registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Vascular Technologist (RVT), or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or certified in Sonography (S) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS): Certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid prior to the start date.

  • Deliver high-quality patient care through advanced sonographic techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate expertise by mentoring new staff members.
  • Embrace continuous learning in a fast-paced, innovative clinical setting.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met at the point of care.
